Ocean Bank provides $11.5M loan for Grove office building

Ocean Bank recently announced it provided $11.5 million to Cofe Grove Professional LLC for an office building at 2950 SW 27 Ave. in Coconut Grove.

“Cofe Properties, which is headed by Eugenio Cosculluela and Mario Fernandez, is a long-term client of Ocean Bank, and we are pleased to provide financing for this property,” said Eddie Diaz, executive vice president and head of Corporate Lending at Ocean Bank.

The five-story red brick building, which was built in 1985 on a 37,000-square-foot parcel at the NW corner of SW 27th Avenue and W. Trade Avenue, has 38,960 square feet of rentable space, leased to law firms and other professional service firms.
Senior vice president Juan A. Mendiola arranged the loan for Ocean Bank.
