Downton Miami’s supertall Okan Tower – anchored by a Hilton Miami Bayfront Hotel – has reached two milestones: sales have surpassed the halfway mark and are now at 60 percent and construction has advanced to the 12th floor following the completion of the massive 290,000-square-foot parking podium.
Set to rise 902 feet at top off, the 70-story ultra-modern skyscraper is an architectural gem and among the tallest buildings south of New York. The mixed-use tower is being developed by Okan Group, led by chair Bekir Okan. Designed by internationally renowned architecture firm Behar Font & Partners, it is recognized for its fluted sculptured accents and crown.
The Okan Tower complex features a 316-key Hilton Miami Bayfront Hotel, along with 236 condo hotel units managed by Hilton Hotels & Resorts, 163 Sky Residences, and 64,000 square feet of “Class A” office space. The property enjoys a superb location at 555 N. Miami Ave. in the heart of vibrant Downtown Miami, within walking distance of Miami Worldcenter and some of the city’s most sought-after cultural, entertainment, dining, and shopping venues.
Buyers have hailed from around the world, including Argentina, Mexico, the United States, Colombia, Turkey, Spain, and Denmark. Construction of the project, led by Okan Construction LLC, is progressing rapidly, with one floor being completed per week. The building is currently at the 12th floor, with work commencing on the hotel level.
“We are thrilled to see Okan Tower’s incredible momentum as it takes shape,” said developer Bekir Okan. “Achieving this sales milestone underscores the demand for its world-class offerings and Hilton Hotels & Residences’ services. With the tower now reaching the 12th floor, we are one step closer to delivering a sophisticated landmark that will elevate living in the heart of Miami’s dynamic downtown.”
The project is amenity-rich and features myriad unique amenities, including a ground-floor arrival entrance with dedicated 24-hour reception and concierge, a 70th floor rooftop pool and sky deck with private cabanas — one of the tallest rooftop pools in the country — offering sweeping views of downtown and Biscayne Bay, and an additional 12th floor lap pool with a clubroom and indoor and outdoor lounges.
Buyers will have access to a state-of-the-art health and fitness center with a yoga studio, Peloton bikes, as well as a dedicated wellness spa with sauna, steam, and treatment rooms. A fully equipped children’s sensory and playroom, cutting-edge technology theater, and wine cellar and owner’s lounge are some of the other extraordinary features available that add to the range of the lifestyle amenities.
Exclusively marketed and sold by Fortune Development Sales, Okan Tower’s sales gallery is located at 542 N. Miami Ave. For more information, call 305-6001000 or visit www.okantowermiami.com.
