A unique fast-casual pasta joint called PastaBox has joined Brickell’s impressive culinary scene.
PastaBox is a fresh concept from Magali and Stephane Vannier de Langre of Elevation Burger in Miami-Dade County. They are set to do for pasta what they have already done as innovative restaurateurs.
“We are very proud to bring to Miami and the downtown Brickell area a new and unique Italian restaurant concept that fits perfectly with today’s people fast pacing lifestyle, food quality expectations, and budget-conscious mindset. This was a two years in the making project that originated from Europe and that’s now available in South Florida for the first time,” Stephane Vannier de Langre said.
The fast-food pasta concept is one that has exploded in Europe. PastaBox gets set to introduce South Florida to the experience of fresh made-to-order varieties of imported pasta with a myriad homemade sauces, imported cheeses, and other toppings all nestled inside a customized carton and ready in just minutes.
In keeping with the authenticity of the cuisine, Magali and Stephane Vannier de Langre hired renowned Chef Frederic Joulin to create the recipes and most of the sauces for PastaBox leveraging his experience and expertise in creating tangy sauces.
“I really like the concept behind this unique fast-casual pasta restaurant because it combines quality with today’s reality of people looking for freshly made dishes at an affordable price in a fast pacing environment” Chef Joulin said.

From the pasta, imported from Italy, De Cecco has been producing pasta for over 120 years and has become synonymous for superior quality and Italian authentic taste around the world. The sauces with Chef Joulin’s know-how in finding local farm products producing an exquisite flavor are complemented by a delicious variety of toppings with the original PastaBox container capturing it all together.
PastaBox, located at 60 SW 10 St. (adjacent to Mary Brickell Village), offers dine in, take-out and delivery Sunday-Thursday, 11 a.m.-11 p.m., and Friday-Saturday, 11 a.m.-midnight.
