The co-founders of Breakwater Hospitality Group, Emi Guerra and Alex Mantecon, along with Erick Passo, co-owner of Black Market Miami, hosted the grand opening of their newest concept, PIER 5, on Friday, Jan. 16. The grand opening treated guests to delectable craft cocktails and a glimpse of all that PIER 5 has to offer. The event included a ribbon-cutting ceremony, where (l-r) Passo, Guerra, Mantecon and Miami Mayor Francis Suarez officially marked the opening of the extraordinary new venue. PIER 5 is located at 401 Biscayne Blvd. Unit M100. Hours are Sunday-Thursday, 11 a.m.-2 a.m., and Friday-Saturday, 11 a.m.-4 a.m.
