Pincho Factory has made its mark on Brickell. On Thursday, Jan. 19, the fast casual success story launched the first of its slated expansion endeavors in 2017, the opening of Pincho Factory Brickell, 1250 S. Miami Ave.
The opening marked the first of the concept’s five-store expansion plans with new business partner and longtime fan of the brand, NFL veteran and restaurateur, Jonathan Vilma, who was in attendance to commemorate the opening with a ribbon-cutting ceremony. All guests who walked through the doors received a free beer with meal purchase.
Growth has been and will continue to be the goal for the concept launched by cousins and business partners Nedal Ahmad, Otto Othman and Nizar Ahmad. Additional projections for expansion are on the horizon throughout the southeast and east coast.
The brand currently has seven operating locations, two outlets inside the AmericanAirlines Arena, and five additional stores set to open in 2017.
