National developer PMG and LNDMRK Development have announced Twenty Sixth & 2nd Wynwood Residences, a luxurious eight-story boutique residential building set to rise in the heart of Wynwood.

Located at 2600 NW Second Ave., the landmark project will consist of 233 fully finished and furnished residences, delivered with deeded office suites. As a first-of-its-kind offering, Twenty Sixth & 2nd Wynwood Residences will grant owners the ability to host their home and office 365 days a year on Airbnb.

The property will offer more than 32,000 square feet of amenities focused on residential wellness and well-being, complemented by 26,000 square feet of prime retail space on the ground floor, with approximately 475 feet of linear frontage.

ASG Equities, the firm selling the land to the joint venture of PMG and LNDMRK Development, will own the retail portion of the condominium and hold a minority interest in the residential component of the building. PMG Residential is leading sales for Twenty Sixth & 2nd Wynwood Residences.

The office suites at Twenty Sixth & 2nd Wynwood Residences are dedicated to residents upon their purchase of a condo unit.
