Popbar has announced the grand opening of its latest location in Wynwood, dedicated to delivering exceptional frozen treats on a stick. Specializing in handcrafted gelato, sorbetto and yogurt, all pops are made in-house daily using all-natural ingredients.
At Popbar, customers can choose from more than 60 rotating flavors, ranging from beloved classics like chocolate and vanilla to more adventurous options, including green tea and passion fruit. Seasonal specialties like watermelon and pumpkin pie add an extra twist to the menu.
Guests can savor their pops as they are or personalize them with a variety of premium dips and toppings, including rich dark, creamy milk, and sweet white chocolate, alongside an assortment of nuts, sprinkles, and crunchy waffle cone pieces.
Popbar is committed to catering to diverse dietary needs, offering a range of vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free, and soy-free options. All popSorbettos are completely dairy, gluten, and soy-free, while popGelatos and yogurtPops are free from gluten and soy. Additionally, we’re excited to introduce our gelatoShake, served in charming milk-jug style cups and topped with a chocolate-dipped waffle cone and whipped cream — available in 12 delightful flavors.
Rooted in Italian tradition and a passion for exceptional desserts, Popbar blends authenticity, innovation, and high-quality ingredients. With over 12 locations across the U.S., including California, Georgia, North Carolina, and New York, as well as international addresses in Canada and Portugal, the company continues to grow, with new destinations currently under construction in California, Michigan, and Ft. Lauderdale.
The trio of owners behind the new Wynwood shop — Eugene Mokrov, Al Nepo, and Joe Ricca — brings a wealth of hospitality experience to Popbar.
“We’re incredibly grateful for the warm welcome from the Wynwood community,” they said in an official statement. “Popbar fits perfectly with the vibrant, artsy spirit of Wynwood Jungle, and we can’t wait to share our delicious treats with everyone.”
Despite its rapid expansion efforts, Popbar maintains a charming “mom and pop” atmosphere at each location, focusing on high-quality ingredients, in-house production, exceptional service, and family-friendly fun. The stores quickly become cherished neighborhood staples, sourcing fresh ingredients like fruit and milk from local suppliers.
Whether it is a dessert date or a late-night snack, Popbar is the ideal treat for all ages and occasions. With endless flavor combinations, one visit won’t be enough. Experience a “love at first bite” moment — just don’t forget to snap a photo of your pop before devouring it.
