Regatta Harbour, the mixed-use development spearheading Coconut Grove’s waterfront revitalization, has achieved another project milestone with the opening of its first tenant.
Project developer The TREO Group — a Miami-based, privately-held real estate investment firm — announced that Anatomy, a progressive fitness community that integrates exercise programing with wellness and beauty, has officially opened its fourth location in South Florida at Regatta Harbour.
Situated at 3385 Pan American Dr., amid Regatta Harbour’s 9.5 acres along Coconut Grove’s historic Dinner Key, Anatomy encompasses 15,000 square feet in the southern region of the retail space on the ground floor of the project’s modern parking garage. The brand’s highly anticipated new location provides patrons with a vibrant wellness center influenced by sports performance and the science of strength conditioning.

Focused on delivering three main elements: sweat, enhance, and recover, Anatomy’s Regatta Harbour site will house The Sanctuary, the gym’s signature recovery and regeneration component. It also will feature state-of-the-art cardio and strength equipment, group fitness, a variety of open-air outdoor workout programing, and a ‘Kids Club’ as an added amenity for families.

Accessible by land and sea along Coconut Grove’s historic Dinner Key, Regatta Harbour is dramatically transforming the area’s bayfront with an amenity-rich, “Play by the Bay” destination. Slated for a 2022 completion date, the Arquitectonica-designed development will boast more than 100,000 square feet of entertainment, curated retail and chef-driven restaurants.
Delivered in multiple stages, the first phase was completed in 2019 with its world-class marina, following a $5.5 million overhaul of the former Grove Key Marina site. Elevating the mariner experience, the state-of-the-art facility consists of reconfigured dry storage slips for more than 400 vessels, with three newly-built launch points and boat lifts; two floating docks with 700 linear feet of transient floating dockage and three-finger piers, and a new fueling station.
As an ode to old Coconut Grove in its subsequent phases, Regatta Harbour will preserve and renovate historic airplane hangars utilized in the early 1900s as the first continental Naval air station and later by Pan American Airways.
Creating a critical community link, Regatta Harbour is adjacent to Miami City Hall and steps away from luxury living and new residential, and commercial projects, such as OMA-designed Park Grove, CocoWalk, The Ritz-Carlton Hotel & Residences, Grove at Grand Bay Luxury Residences and Mr. C Hotel & Residences.
