Executives of Florida East Coast Realty (FECR) and Fortune International gathered recently at Opera Tower for a ribbon- cutting ceremony to unveil the luxury condominium’s spectacular, new lobby by interior and furniture design market leader Baltus.
Developed by FECR with Fortune International leading the sales, Opera Tower is a 56-story, landmark, condominium overlooking Biscayne Bay.
Baltus, a Murcia-Marbella, Spain-based firm that recently opened its first U.S. showroom in the Miami Design District, selected final finishes for Opera Tower’s new lobby that have a lasting, timeless, lineless design.
“Baltus has created a fresh, dramatic, new look for our lobby and we are extremely excited to unveil the revitalized space for our residents to enjoy,” said FECR chair and president Tibor Hollo.
