Dr. Bendross-Mindingall has dedicated her life to opening doors of opportunity for countless students, teachers, and parents. Her innovative programs have transformed lives, offering solutions to challenges that once seemed insurmountable.
Notably, she created the groundbreaking “Positive African American Role Models” (PAARM) mentorship program, the first of its kind in Florida. PAARM has had a profound impact on student attendance, reading abilities, and the establishment of economic empowerment initiatives.
With exceptional achievements and unwavering dedication, Dr. Bendross-Mindingall embodies the spirit and values exemplified by Chief Sandrell Rivers. She is a tireless advocate for positive change, spearheading initiatives that foster community education, parent involvement, and mentorship.
