Caring for Miami, an initiative of Christ Fellowship Church, stands as a beacon of hope and support, delivering essential and critical resources to those in dire need within our community. Its core mission is to feed the hungry and heal the sick, addressing immediate physical needs while also offering spiritual support to those who seek it.

Recognizing that 54% of households in Miami struggle to afford basic necessities, Caring for Miami  addresses the profound challenges of food insecurity and healthcare access with unwavering dedication, upholding the dignity of every individual it serves. By strategically partnering with 28 schools in Miami-Dade County Public Schools, the organization delivers essential support directly to the heart of our educational communities.

Caring for Miami, through its comprehensive community programs, serves more than 5,000 individuals across our city each year, fostering a healthier, more stable, and hopeful Miami for all. The Mobile Food  Market provides a vital lifeline to 3,000 unique households monthly, distributing over 300,000 pounds of  fresh food each year to combat hunger and ensure family stability. The Weekend Meals Program  provides nutritious sustenance to 850 children every weekend, ensuring they return to school on Monday well-fed, focused, and ready to learn. The Mobile Dental Clinic delivers indispensable care to 1,000  patients annually, providing over $1,000,000 in donated dental services to restore health, well-being, and the ability to work free from pain.

Caring for Miami is supported by the generous commitment of its volunteers, contributing 3,755 volunteer hours annually. This dedicated support ensures that students and families within our schools are strengthened through consistent community care and access to vital resources.

Their resilient team is led by Executive Director Ashley Giritli, and includes Grace Gamboa, Dr. Darek Dul, Sofia Delzaguirre, Joseph Rodriguez, Damaris Ortiz (RDH), Hannah Pruna, Beatrice Torres Gonzalez, Nathalie Martinez-Carrera, Lily Lopez, and Yadira Mesa.
