My journey isn’t just about launching another consulting firm. It’s about challenging the traditional model of government relations and demonstrating that true influence stems from deep local understanding, bipartisan collaboration, and a relentless commitment to results.
From the urban corridors of Miami to the chambers of state government, I’ve learned that effective advocacy is an art form. Effective advocacy requires more than just transactional lobbying — it demands a nuanced understanding of local dynamics, the ability to build bridges across political divides, and a genuine passion for community progress. Whether working with the Miccosukee Tribe of Florida to protect the Everglades or helping establish Miami-Dade’s first Urban Air Mobility Task Force, our approach has always been about creating strategic pathways where others see obstacles.

As a former Political Director for AFSCME-FL and practice lead at Rubin Turnbull & Associates, I’ve cultivated relationships that transcend traditional political boundaries. Powerful and principled leaders in our field, including trailblazing female lobbyist Heather Turnbull, have shown me that we don’t just advocate — we translate complex policy challenges into tangible solutions that create jobs, enhance infrastructure, and drive economic opportunities.
