On Saturday July 1st and Sunday July 2nd, Smorgasburg Miami, Miami’s largest outdoor-food market will host its annual giant fourth of July event. This time, Smorgasburg Miami will be partnering with Apocalypse BBQ, ranked Best BBQ by Miami New Times. They will be bringing their smoker and amazing meats to the Wynwood area. We’ve organized an impressive lineup of burger and ice cream guest vendors. Sweet Melody Ice Cream ranked Top Ten Best Ice Cream on Miami New Times and Vice Burger voted no.1 at Food Network South Beach Wine & Food Festival ‘s Burger Bash 2022. We have invited the best of the best to make your celebrations a truly memorable time to share with family and friends.
Smorgasburg Miami will feature 8 + guest vendors, who will serve an array of delicious bites that are synonymous with summer. Some of our standout guest vendors are Apocalypse BBQ, Flour & Weirdoughs, and Cowy Burger each with their unique story. Apocalypse BBQ Jeff Budnechky’s grilling passion grew during the pandemic when his freelance marketing job took a dive and now ranked Miami’s Ten Best BBQ Restaurants by Miami New Times. Or what’s the likelihood of a sourdough bread company name made up from the two last names of a couple, Flour (Carlos) & Weirdoughs (Renata)!
All the burger guest vendors have interesting stories. Cowy Burger was started by three young guys who own a creative agency during the day and put out delicious burgers at night. Cowy Burger was ranked one of best 16 Burgers by The Infatuation Miami. Smorgasburg Miami will host several activities that tie in with summer festivities like live music, an activation sponsored by Doordash that ties in carnival games, a vintage car show, and much more.
