The Bishop’s Office of The Episcopal Church in Southeast Florida is proud to announce its first-time participation in Give Miami Day, a community-wide movement of generosity organized by The Miami Foundation. Taking place on Thursday, November 20, 2025, Give Miami Day unites individuals, businesses, and organizations to support causes that are transforming lives throughout Miami-Dade County and beyond.
Based in Miami, The Episcopal Church in Southeast Florida is home to 74 congregations, 18 schools, food pantries, and other social outreach ministries from Jensen Beach to Key West.
“Give Miami Day is an opportunity to come together with our wider community in acts of compassion, generosity, and hope,” said The Reverend Canon Fletcher Montgomery. “Through this partnership, we are not only supporting our ministries but also extending the love of Jesus into the lives of people across Southeast Florida.”
While Give Miami Day officially takes place on November 20th, early giving begins Friday, November 15th, allowing donors to make their contributions ahead of the main event. All gifts made during this period count toward the total.
As part of this initiative, the Episcopal Church in Southeast Florida will raise funds to strengthen and expand its outreach and service ministries across the region—initiatives that address food insecurity, provide youth and family programs, and support schools and churches serving local neighborhoods. These programs reflect The Episcopal Church’s long-standing commitment to partnership, service, and inclusion across the five counties it serves—Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Martin, and Monroe.
