THesis Hotel Miami, Curio Collection by Hilton, a vibrant lifestyle hotel at the crossroads of Coral Gables, South Miami and Coconut Grove, has announced the appointment of Felice Kreitman as the new director of sales and marketing.
Kreitman brings more than 25 years of experience and a proven track record of success in leadership roles in the hospitality industry, positioning her as an ideal leader to further elevate the hotel’s reputation as a premier destination in South Florida.
In her new role, Kreitman will oversee all sales and marketing efforts for the 245-room hotel, including its celebrated culinary venues — Ivy Rooftop and Mamey — and its 20,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor event spaces. Her expertise will guide initiatives to drive revenue growth, strengthen brand positioning, and enhance guest engagement through innovative marketing strategies.
“Felice’s leadership and a wealth of hospitality experience will be instrumental in driving THesis Hotel Miami’s growth and innovation,” said Vikash Maharaj, general manager of THesis Hotel Miami, Curio Collection by Hilton. “Her enthusiasm, remarkable track record in marketing, and ability to craft compelling brand narratives will undoubtedly propel THesis to new heights. Felice’s visionary approach aligns perfectly with our values and commitment to creating exceptional guest experiences.”
Kreitman most recently served as senior director of field marketing for Sonesta Hotels & Resorts, leading a team responsible for the marketing performance of over 220 properties.
In this role, she drove measurable marketing initiatives, managed multi-channel campaigns, and contributed to significant revenue growth. Her career also includes leadership roles at prestigious organizations such as Colwen Hotels and Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, where she developed expertise in hotel openings, brand transitions, and digital marketing strategies.
“I am thrilled to join THesis Hotel Miami team at such an exciting time in its journey as part of the Curio Collection by Hilton,” Kreitman said. “THesis is a dynamic and inspiring property that embodies connection and creativity. I look forward to collaborating with the team to amplify the hotel’s unique story and establish it as a must-visit destination in Miami.”
With a deep understanding of the luxury hospitality market and a passion for innovative marketing, Kreitman is poised to enhance the hotel’s visibility and guest loyalty while celebrating the vibrant culture of Coral Gables and the Greater Miami area.
