An industry veteran, Ms. Patnode has served in the financial services industry for over 30 years. Over the course of her diverse career, she has served as a project controller, assistant project manager, field inspector, contract administrator, estimator, and accountant. In addition to a three-year tenure at MB Development, Ms. Patnode worked with WSG Development Company (Canyon Ranch-Miami Beach, FL), Williams Island Ocean Club, Inc. (Aqualina-Sunny Isles, FL), and Codina Construction Corporation (Dolphin Mall-Miami, FL), where she maintained costs for millions of dollars worth of commercial real estate.
