W Miami, an urban oasis located in the heart of Brickell, has opened the doors to its new, signature restaurant, ADDiKT.

Reimagined from the longstanding 15th and Vine Kitchen and Bar, ADDiKT is an immersive, multi-sensory experience, where proactive and playful meet, pushing the boundaries on traditional dishes.

Upon arrival to the 15th floor, guests will be greeted with stunning views of Biscayne Bay and the Miami skyline. Guests can kick off their experience at ADDiKT with inventive cocktails that bellow with smoke before taking a culinary journey with mouthwatering dishes that stimulate the senses.

ADDiKT is led by award-winning executive chef Christian Quiñones, a Puerto Rico native who brings more than 15 years of experience to W Miami. Food fanatics can prepare to feast on cuisine inspired by the farthest points of Asia, South America and Europe all the while uncovering the lesser-known culinary delights of Miami and South Florida.

Offering breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner, Miami locals and guests that are passionate about travel, food and an unexpected take on the tried-and-true have found their new favorite spot with mouthwatering dishes featuring playful names. Taking culinary cues from his worldwide travels, Chef Quinones has incorporated international flavors and techniques into signature dishes including:
• Benedict Conspiracy that pairs surf and turf (crab and pork belly) to put a spin on the classic breakfast favorite;
• Mexican Standoff, where Chef playfully pairs the traditional “red” and “green” sauces of Chilaquiles for a mouth-watering battle;
• Octopus Aficionada where Peru meets Cali in a fresh take on your not-so-ordinary octopus using seasoning techniques most often used for pork;
• Locals Only, a play on the little-known secret among Floridians, golden tile fish, move over mahi and grouper;
• Protein Booster, with a classic New York style in-bone steak but with a little chimichurri, seared bok choy and skinny fries to give it a Miami twistl.

Other tantalizing side dishes include Hooked on Carrots, grilled heirloom carrots with a medley of garlic, honey, lemon juice and a little harissa for spice and Charred Cauliflower with yuzu and walnut pistou and green olive.
