WAKE UP MIAMI! PAXy FIGHTS MONDAY MORNING BLUES WITH FREE LIVE MUSIC AT GOVERNMENT CENTER METROMOVER STATION
PAXy continues its mission to promote greater community engagement through the arts with Wake up Miami!, a series of ten events featuring local musicians and students from the FIU School of Music.
These unique events will showcase local talent in diverse genres including classical, jazz, folk, and world music, featuring the musicians Omine, Matthew Sabatella and the Rambling String Band, Felipe Carvajal, Sean Dibble & Jared Bistrong, Glenda Fernandez-Vega, Carlos Andrade – Acoustic Dialogs, the Aldo Salvent Trio, Siobhan Cronin and Caroline Buse, the Original Cover Project, and Deaf Poets.
PAXy also aims to promote the use of public transportation by making the experience exciting and memorable with these musical events at one of the city’s busiest stations.
