Care Resource is hosting United for Care (U4C) — a powerful initiative focused on strengthening South Florida communities through health, education, and support — on Saturday, Nov. 8, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., at José Martí Park, located at 351 SW Fourth Ave. in Miami.
Join in for a fun, free community health fair featuring:
• health and wellness screenings;
• help understanding health insurance options;
• local resources & community support;
• music, food, giveaways and more.
Free Health Services Include:
• Blood sugar testing
• Blood pressure screenings
• HIV testing
• Flu shots
• Diabetes and prediabetes screenings
• Cancer Screenings
Care Resource provides medical services year-round, regardless of insurance status or ability to pay.
