Miami-based real estate development firm Ytech has unveiled the highly anticipated and first of its kind $20 million experiential gallery for The Residences at 1428 Brickell, a 70-story iconic centerpiece of the quintessential Miami skyline located at one of the most prestigious addresses on Miami’s Brickell Avenue.
Located at 1548 Brickell Ave., within the historic Nolan House mansion, the sales gallery marks one of the most extensive adaptive reuse projects in Miami and showcases an unparalleled level of design, craftsmanship, and innovation in the pre-construction condominium space.
Ytech has transformed the magnificent home into an immersive sales gallery experience that honors Brickell’s historic Millionaire’s Row while showcasing the developer’s dedication to providing an exceptional living experience for future residents of The Residences at 1428 Brickell.
“At Ytech we are committed to deliver in every project the superior design, exceptional craftsmanship, and innovation that has a profound impact on the quality of our residents’ lives,” said Yamal Yidios, CEO of Ytech. “Our sales gallery exemplifies this commitment, offering a fresh and distinctive approach where guests are warmly welcomed into a relaxed and ultra-luxurious immersive environment. A place where they can tangibly connect with, experience, and envision their life at The Residences at 1428 Brickell.”
Every detail of The Residences at 1428 Brickell’s revolutionary sales gallery was crafted to immerse prospective buyers into their future homes. Overlooking historically protected Royal Poinciana and Orange Geiger trees, a refined and luxurious entrance welcomes guests into the private estate where they can explore a museum-inspired experience on the ground floor.
There, they can understand the significance and impact of the project through an innovative suspended model of the city of Miami, an ultra-high definition 180-degree cinema room, a series of interactive displays on the visionaries, philosophies, artists and craftsmen, and innovation behind the project, and a scale model of the building where they can visualize the architecture and amenities.
“Much like the design of the tower’s interiors, we created a quiet, assured luxury with the furniture, materials, textures, and colors which envelope guests in sophistication from the moment they arrive at the sales gallery,” said Patricia Viel, CEO of ACPV Architects.
“Furniture pieces carefully selected from an array of globally acclaimed Italian and international designers and featured in the common areas of The Residences of 1428 Brickell, outfit the space. The exquisite materials of the project are presented throughout, installed by world-class artisans to ensure a level of quality true to Ytech’s standards of ultraluxury.”
On the second level, guests will enter the gallery’s pièce de résistance, the “Home,” a stunning and realistic representation of the design and craftsmanship of a residence where they can understand the fit, finish, and lifestyle possible at the property, including views.
The “Home” features a 150-linear-foot LED screen to showcase views from various levels from sunrise to sunset, a Rimadesio glass-enclosed Arclinea kitchen, an expansive great room, solid oak closet, and a primary bathroom featuring dual vanities and a spa-like wet area.
The masterfully designed space showcases the same materials, craftsmanship and attention to detail which will appear in the completed tower and was hand selected by Ytech’s highly skilled design team. Sourced from and installed by premier artisans hailing from across the globe, the materials include glass and flooring from Spain as well as limestone, marble, travertine, and a model Arclinea kitchen crafted in Italy. The 150-linear-foot screen wraps around the model unit, delivering a realistic view of the breathtaking city skyline and water views residents will enjoy from their future homes.
“A workable design must have purpose and adapt to find a harmony between the environment, the history of the place, and its intended use,” said Antonio Citterio, chair of ACPV Architects. “Ytech’s vision to reinvigorate a historic mansion and give it this great purpose serves as a testament to their commitment to superior design, exceptional craftsmanship, and smart innovation.”
“Ytech has the highest quality standards on the market in Brickell, from design to materials,” said Alicia Cervera Lamadrid, managing partner of Cervera Real Estate. “The opening of the sales gallery for The Residences at 1428 Brickell is testimony to Ytech redefining the meaning of luxury and privacy in residential development in Brickell. Their commitment to creating spaces of refinement, discretion, and comfort, whether inside the residences and their amenities or within this beautiful sales gallery is refreshing. The quality and craftsmanship found here is beyond compare.”
Ytech consulted with Dr. Paul George, HistoryMiami Museum’s resident historian, to understand and respect the property’s history throughout the restoration process of the mansion. Completed in 1926 by banker George E. Nolan, the mansion is one of the few remaining remnants from Miami’s first “Millionaire’s Row,” and stands as a testament to Brickell’s social and cultural historical evolution over the last century.
Created for Nolan and his family, the mansion was built originally for $28,000 and laid out with intention and purpose. It was the embodiment of Miami’s social scene, acting as a gathering place for luminaries and magnates. It also is historically significant in terms of its neoclassical architecture, particularly distinguished by its two-story Corinthian portico.
“I’m proud to work with a firm like Ytech that values and seeks to establish a dialogue with the past while having the vision to bring private resident-focused projects to the neighborhood,” said Dr. George. “Since day one, Ytech has shown a firm dedication and thoughtfulness toward maintaining and emphasizing the significance of the Nolan House mansion to the Brickell community. The Nolan House mansion is one of the few remaining vestiges of an important foundational era for both Brickell and the city of Miami. With leading stewards like Ytech, I am confident it will continue to serve as a monument to the glory of Old Miami.”
