Valley National Bank announced it has closed on a $12.6 million loan to fund the construction of Brickell West, located at 35 SW Sixth Ave. in Miami. The residential project will feature a 13-story tower comprised of 100 rental units.
Brickell West will be built under the City of Miami’s newly enacted attainable mixed-income housing program, granting affordable rent to working Miami residents that have been priced out of the nearby Brickell and Downtown Miami areas.
