Kaori by Walter Martino recently announced plans for the closing of the current location in order to expand into a larger restaurant, as a result of the positive reception of their establishment.
At the helm of Kaori is celebrity Chef Walter Martino, who is now slated to move Kaori to a larger establishment — an 80- to 100-seat restaurant.
“SLS LUX Brickell is a feast for the senses and luxury at its finest for a sophisticated clientele,” Chef Martino said.
Martino will be the executive chef of this new venture and will remain in Miami’s Brickell/Downtown District, with a new menu that combines a variety of exotic dishes in a unique global fusion menu.
During the next few months, Kaori will remain in contact with all of its current clientele through social media channels and an online newsletter that will give periodic updates.
Construction of the new restaurant will take a “couple of months,” Chef Martino estimated.
