The City of Miami has granted Swire Properties Inc., one of South Florida’s leading international developers of urban real estate, a temporary certificate of occupancy (TCO) for Brickell City Centre’s second residential tower, RISE.
The grant officially will allow residents to move into their new homes. Receiving this certification marks a final stage of completion for
REACH and RISE, finalizing the TCO process for both luxury residential towers.
Located in the heart of Brickell, the landmark $1.05 billion Brickell City Centre offers residents a unique work, live, play lifestyle with over nine acres of meticulous urban planning and award-winning inspirational design. The project continues to remain popular among U.S and international buyers, with prices starting from $595,000 to $2.7 million and penthouse prices provided upon request.
