Davie Fire Rescue Hosts First Annual Teen Safety Night

Safety event is for teens ages 14 to 18. Pre-registration required.

Davie Fire Rescue is excited to host its inaugural Teen Safety Night on Friday, August 8, 2025, from 4 to 8 p.m. at 3801 S. Pine Island Road.

Designed for teens ages 14 to 18, this event will provide essential safety information and practical skills to help them stay informed and prepared. The lineup includes:

  • Impact Teen Driving – Presented by Safe Kids Broward
  • Cyber Safety – Featuring Davie Police Department Detective Adam Granit
  • Opioid Overdose Awareness – Presented by Robin Foundation Medical Students
  • Closing Seminar and Scholarship Opportunity – Featuring Sarah Perry of the Aden Perry Good Samaritan and Scholarship Fund

Food will be provided for all participants. Pre-registration is required and the first 50 individuals to register will receive a gift bag. Register online at www.davie-fl.gov/TeenSafetyNight. Registration will close on Friday, August 8, 2025, at 11 a.m.

Attendees will be eligible to receive service hours for their participation. To receive service hours, students must bring their school forms to be signed by a representative. Attendees are encouraged to arrive between 4 and 4:30 p.m.
