The new Fort Lauderdale hotspot — known for its inventive cocktails, signature wood-fired smoker, stunning riverfront views, and electric atmosphere — is rolling out a standout NYE experience designed to impress both food lovers and celebration seekers.
This year, Chef Michael Lewis and the Ukiah team have crafted a spectacular New Year’s Eve Chef’s Tasting Menu, filled with seasonal dishes, signature favorites, and festive showstoppers.
Served family-style to the center of the table, the menu sets the tone for an evening that feels indulgent, elevated, and unforgettable. Highlights include Oysters with Smoked Trout Roe; Everglades Tomato Salad with Shiso + Chili; Crispy Crab Hand Roll, Brown Butter + White Ponzu; Grilled Tiger Prawn with Ginger + Yuzu Butter; Mushroom Kamameshi with Fresh Truffle; and Japanese A5 Wagyu (75gr PP) Umeboshi + Negi-Herb Salad. (Menu items are subject to change)
Ukiah will be open from 6 PM to 1 AM, with a live DJ fueling the energy. Guests can choose between two seatings:
· First Seating – $145 per person (Reservations between 6pm – 7:45pm)
Includes: Chef’s Tasting Menu, choice of Signature Cocktail, and a glass of Moët & Chandon Brut Imperial.
· Second Seating – $195 per person (Reservations 8pm and later)
Includes: Chef’s Tasting Menu, choice of Signature Cocktail, a bottle of Moët & Chandon Brut Imperial per two guests, DJ entertainment, party favors, and a midnight toast.
Regular dining will also be available, and walk-ins are welcome for those who prefer to enjoy Ukiah’s signature à la carte offerings instead of participating in the Tasting Menu experience.
