Ariel Rodriguez is a federal government attorney who has been practicing for almost twenty-three years in the areas of commercial litigation and bankruptcy.  A former law clerk to U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Stephen S. Mitchell and attorney in private practice, his experience ranges from trial to appellate court practice. He earned his undergraduate degree, a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University, and his law degree, cum laude, from Notre Dame Law School. He is a graduate of Monsignor Edward Pace High School, Class of 1990. 

He has served as a Guardian ad Litem in the Eleventh Judicial Circuit, for the City of Doral Police Service Aide Academy, for Brownsvillle Middle School’s Law Academy, and for local universities.

Ariel’s community service activities include officiating college and high school football for almost a decade, such as for the Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference, a Division II Football Conference of mostly Historically Black Colleges and Universities, and high schools in Miami-Dade County.  Ariel has served as an Admissions Ambassador for Cornell University and is a graduate of the Citizens Police Academy of the City of Doral and Miami-Dade Police.
