Bellillo Restaurant, an authentic Neapolitan pizza chain has opened its doors in the heart of Brickell.
The restaurant is known for its authentic Neapolitan pizzas, made with fresh ingredients imported from Italy and cooked in a traditional wood-fired oven.
Originating in London in 2015, Bellillo has expanded to Barcelona, Napoli, and now to Miami with a location in Brickell. Cultivating grandma’s recipes, the founder of Bellillo, Salvatore Esposito, alongside co-founder and pizza chef Francesco Vigna, are passionate about delivering authentic pizzas to the Miami dining community.
The restaurant’s menu features a variety of classic and innovative pizzas. In addition to pizza, Bellillo Restaurant also offers a selection of appetizers, salads, and desserts. Imported selection of traditional Italian beer and wine. Some of the dishes include:
● The Wonderful Trio Appetizer: arancino, a traditional bolognese sauce and rice ball; Crocche, a fresh mashed potato croquette filled with smoked provola and black pepper, and Frittatina, a bechamel sauce, green peas and minced prime meat.
● Neapolitan Pizza Nerano V: Zucchini cream based, Neapolitan mozzarella, fresh zucchini, basil and parmesan’s cream.
● Neapolitan Pizza Meatball: slow cooked Neapolitan ragu with tomato sauce, mozzarella, meatballs of angus beef, parmesear’s cream, and basil.

Bellillo Restaurant’s Brickell location features a modern and welcoming atmosphere, with indoor and outdoor seating options. The restaurant also offers catering services for private events.
