In celebration of Women’s History Month, Belmont Village Senior Living Coral Gables hosted its inaugural Women’s Panel, “Just Between Us: Pearls of Wisdom” — a powerful multi-generational discussion featuring trailblazing women across industries.
Participants included: Elaine Silverstein, co-founder and chair, Beber Silverstein Group; Erin Dowd, corporate director of Government & Community Relations, Baptist Health; Peyton Lewis, Miss Florida USA 2024-25, and Patricia Will, founder and CEO, Belmont Village Senior Living.
The thoughtful conversation explored breaking barriers, leadership, influence, representation, risk-taking, and mentorship — showcasing how women’s past achievements shape the future. Beyond an inspiring discussion, the event also launched Belmont Village Coral Gables’ annual internship program, designed to mentor, and provide hands-on experience for local students while introducing them to careers in senior living.
