Mayfair House Hotel & Garden’s newest dining and drinking outlet, Fountain Lounge is now open at the iconic hotel. It’s a captivating concept that has become one of Miami’s most coveted social destinations. Lost Boy & Co., who is behind the other fantastic restaurants on property, Mayfair Grill and Sipsip, opened the new lounge to the public at the end of November. Fountain Lounge invites guests to embark on a journey through craft cocktails and delicious shareable bites set against the backdrop of a lush tropical oasis.
Fountain Lounge, originally a charming 1980’s garden fountain, has been transformed into an intimate and upscale cocktail lounge. Nestled within the special ambiance of Mayfair House Hotel & Garden, it promises an unparalleled experience for both hotel guests and discerning locals alike.
Highlighting the essence of Fountain Lounge is its exquisite cocktail menu. Crafted with precision and innovation, each cocktail showcases small-batch spirits and locally sourced ingredients. From classic cocktails to avant-garde martinis, Fountain Lounge boasts a cocktail lineup that caters to every palate. Highlighted cocktails include the Walnut Grove Manhattan, Paperplane, Lo Bo Sour, Peacock Garden, and more.
Complementing this elevated cocktail experience is a thoughtfully curated menu of shareable delights. Guests can indulge in a selection of gourmet treats, including Charcuterie, Mini Lump Crab Rolls, Mini Wagyu Buns, and Flatbreads. Fountain Lounge is open Wednesday to Saturday, starting at 4:00 PM and continuing into the evening, providing a respite for individuals searching for an intimate evening filled with cocktails and conviviality.
Happy Hour will be available from Wednesday to Friday, 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, featuring half-priced cocktails, beer, and wine with $10 share plates. Additionally, Vinyl Nights on Fridays will feature old-school tunes, offering $10 cocktails, $9 wine, $8 beer, and $12 snacks.
