“A Spooky Symphony,” featuring the most beautiful scary music you’ve ever heard by the Greater Miami Youth Symphony and the Alhambra Orchestra, is a free Halloween family concert with thrilling excerpts from Jurassic Park, Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone, Batman The Dark Knight, the long-running smash Broadway musical Wicked, and a variety of classical selections.
The program to be conducted by Huifang Chen and Timothy Shade and presented by The Children’s Trust will take place on Sunday, Oct. 25, 4 p.m., at the Adrienne Arsht Center Knight Concert Hall, 1300 Biscayne Blvd.
Additional concert highlights include a multimedia presentation.
Kids are encouraged to dress in their best Halloween costumes to enhance the supernatural experience.
