Charlette Seidel Honored with Legacy Award By The Master Brokers Forum

Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate is pleased to announce that Charlette Seidel, managing broker of the company’s Coral Gables/Coconut Grove office, has been honored by the Master Brokers Forum with the Legacy Award. The Legacy Award honors members who have established successful real estate careers and elevate the standards of the industry through their leadership and professionalism.

 

Seidel has served as managing broker for over 38 years, supporting more than 200 affiliated sales associates with the company’s Coral Gables/Coconut Grove office. With her ongoing leadership, the Coral Gables/Coconut Grove office has ranked as the company’s leading office in Florida and number one in performance of sales production across the nation.

With the highest level of knowledge, dedication and leadership, she continues to elevate the consumer’s experience through the impact she has on the exceptional team that works with her. Seidel attended Coral Gables Senior High School and later earned her degree in Latin American Studies from Florida State University. She worked as a flight attendant and assistant manager for Pan American World Airways until she began her real estate career in 1977. As an active member of her community, Seidel serves as an executive board member of The Young Patronesses of the Opera and co-chairs the bi-annual National Voice Competition in Miami.

 

Seidel has been a member of the Master Brokers Forum for over 25 years and is a trustee member of the Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce. She holds several professional designations including the Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), Certified Residential Brokerage (CRB) and Coldwell Banker’s Global Luxury. For 20 years, Seidel chaired the Professionals Standard Committee for the Miami-Dade Board of Realtors and continues to be an active member of the association.
