In the hustle of Miami’s daily life, bodies often bear the strain — until pain becomes too loud to ignore. Enter Body Remedy Miami, a wellness clinic on Ponce de Leon Blvd. dedicated to restoring movement, alleviating chronic pain, and supporting recovery by treating not just symptoms, but root causes.

For nearly two decades, Body Remedy lived inside Pinecrest Physical Therapy, a well-known institution in the South Miami/Pinecrest area. That partnership built clinical depth, referral connections, and community trust. While it now operates from Coral Gables, the relationships and reputation from that era continue to benefit its work.

For more than 12 years, Body Remedy has provided sports massage therapy to University of Miami athletes, collaborating closely with athletic trainers and medical staff. It has extended that approach to professional and amateur athletes across South Florida.

It begin with thorough assessments of skeletal alignment, motion limits, compensatory patterns, and muscle tension. From there, treatments may include neuromuscular therapy, myofascial release, deep tissue work, trigger-point therapy, and assisted stretching. Each session is customized — the aim is to stop recurring pain, not merely mask it.

One client, Rich, shared his journey: “Seven months ago, I was confined to a wheelchair… today I walk.”

Another wrote: “The therapists at Body Remedy have changed my posture, my energy… each time, my body feels renewed.”

In a region where high-intensity fitness is common, chronic injuries are rampant. Many massage clinics offer surface-level relief — but Body Remedy dives deeper, realigning structure and restoring function for lasting balance.

Body Remedy aims to scale its community role by hosting wellness clinics, partnering with local gyms, and educating residents about proactive health. The Coral Gables base is new, but the mission remains focused on the broader Miami-Dade community.

Body Remedy is located at 4649 Ponce de Leon Blvd., Suite 305, Coral Gables; telephone 305-846-7596; send emal to bodyremedymiami@gmail.com, or visit www.bodyremedymiami.com.
