Community Medical Group is proud to announce the grand opening of its newest healthcare center, Westchester Seniors, located at 1635 SW 107th Avenue, Miami, FL 33165. This state-of-the-art facility is now open to the public, providing compassionate, comprehensive primary care and specialized programs designed exclusively for seniors.
At Westchester Seniors, our mission is to help older adults live healthier, fuller lives by offering personalized care, chronic disease management, and a variety of wellness services—all under one roof. The center accepts most Medicare Advantage plans in the market and is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
