Coral Gables Community Foundation thanks its donors with holiday event

The Coral Gables Community Foundation shared an evening of gratitude and holiday cheer on Dec. 14 with community leaders, program partners, donors and board members.

Community Foundation Board chair Venny Torre recognized reasurer Kaiser Ahmed as Board Member of the Year, and president and CEO Mary Snow recognized attorney Laura Horton Esq. as Professional Advisory Council Member of the Year.

The Foundation recognized its newest “Rocks of the Community”: Tim Anagnost, Trish and Dan Bell, Linda Lubitz Boone and Norman Boone, Jon and Anne Goldman, Jose Milton Family, and Ernest and Anne Purcell.

Community Foundation chair emeritus Bill Bonn and Ruben Ceballos graciously hosted the event in their 1925 home, once owned by legendary Congressman Claude Pepper.

The Foundation’s next major event is the Tour of Kitchens on Saturday, Feb. 10. Information is available online at gablesfoundation.org/tok.
