The 2,850 square-foot studio provides an ideal space for clients seeking a sleek, stylish and upscale fitness environment, equipped with 12 of Pilates ProWorks’ custom-designed FitFormers™. Iron Tribe Fitness– Ranked one of the top 5 best workouts in the nation, Iron Tribe’s 45-minute HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) group classes are fun and paired with one-on-one personal coaching to help make members the healthiest versions of themselves. Water Biking Studio– Miami’s first aqua biking studio, located at 59 Merrick Way, provides low-impact exercise biking routines to tone the body and torch calories as well as to improve joint flexibility and aid in active recovery. During the workout, participants ride on a stationary bike submerged waist level in a pool providing a low stress and high intensity water workout.
