Spring came early for Cultivate PR & Social Media on Feb. 29 when the agency led by veteran publicist Sissy DeMaria-Koehne, fashioned a stylish soiree to celebrate the firm’s new office and to bid farewell to the end of winter at Two Sisters restaurant in Coral Gables.

Cultivate’s team of seasoned and next generation publicists and social media strategists, welcomed friends, clients and members of the media to enjoy the first taste of spring prepared by the master chefs at the landmark Coral Gables restaurant located inside the Hyatt Hotel on Alhambra Plaza.

Cultivate PR & Social Media, Miami’s premier full-service boutique luxury lifestyle firm, recently expanded its Miami headquarters from 300 Sevilla Ave. to new offices at 95 Merrick Way in Coral Gables.

“Spring epitomizes fresh starts, sunny days, full blooms and reasons for optimism. It’s serendipitous as we embark on our third year in business, following our successful spin off from legacy PR firm, Kreps DeMaria PR & Marketing, which we held in great esteem. This was a wonderful evening to show our gratitude to our loyal clients and team members,” said Sissy DeMaria-Koehne, founder and CEO of Cultivate PR & Social Media.

A well-respected luxury lifestyle and real estate firm, Cultivate is best known for its creative storytelling, unmatched media contacts, one-of-a-kind experiential events and ability to navigate crisis matters of all sizes. The agency offers a slate of services that serve a roster of high-profile clients spanning the real estate, automotive, yachting, luxury retail, wealth management, and hospitality industries.

Notable clients include: Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, Burgess Yachts, DAMAC International, Fortune International Group, Coastal Construction, Coral Gables Trust, and The Jills Zeder Group, among others.

Guests were greeted with chilled cosmos and champagne and a high energy evening filled with live music and solo performances while an assortment of spring inspired fare whet appetites.

Among the notable attendees were John Harris, Mary Snow, Andy Penev, Marlon Cox, Cozy and Jorge Salazar, Dr. Guenther Koehne, Ekrem Ozer, Dr. Alysa Herman, Gabriel Campuzano, Ernesto Vargas, Denie Harris, Amparo Fontanet, Gabby Valle, Samantha Cupero, Tracy Koco, and Renee Lopez Cantera.

The new office located at 95 Merrick Way – known as Alhambra West – is an elegant building just steps from Giralda Avenue’s famous “restaurant row” in central Coral Gables.

The seven-story tower is adjacent to the Hyatt Hotel and is within walking distance to Miracle Mile’s shopping, dining, and entertainment venues, and numerous Class A and Class B office buildings in the area.
