The Highly Anticipated Uniquely South Florida Glamping Event

Girl Scouts of Tropical Florida (GSTF) is excited to host its signature event, the fifth annual Campfires to Cocktails under the stars at Camp Mahachee in Coral Gables on November 8, 2025. This evening of glamping experiences offers a unique opportunity for attendees to immerse themselves in the dynamic world of Girl Scouts, showcasing the skills, spirit, and creativity that define the Girl Scout journey, all set in the beautiful hardwood hammock of Camp Mahachee.

“What began as a virtual event during the pandemic has grown into a must attend philanthropic night in the one-of-a-kind setting that our Girl Scouts and partners cherish,” said Chelsea Wilkerson, CEO of GSTF. “It’s a night of connection, inspiration, and a little bit of camp magic.”

Guests will participate in many offerings of indoor and outdoor activities, capturing the essence of Girl Scout programs. Highlights include axe throwing, archery, fencing, stargazing, fire-starting, and roasting delicious s’mores by the campfire. This event highlights outdoor activities and supports developing Girl leaders in South Florida.

GSTF is grateful for The Campfires to Cocktails 2025 Host Committee Chaired by Ileana Musa and comprised of the following members: Tami Blanco; C. Patricia Cruz; Raymond Dueñas; Deborah Koch; Robin Lerner; Jeannie Montes de Oca; Adriana Oliva; Aslynn Rivera-Tigera; Erica Rule; Leah Sylvester; Laura Van Gorden; Gloria M. Velazquez and Adriana Verdeja.

Tickets are available for purchase now; individual tickets are $275 and tables of eight are $2,000. For tickets and more information about partnership opportunities, please visit the event website at www.girlscoutsfl.org or call the office at 305-253-4841.
