The City of Coral Gables is casting a festive spell this Halloween season, with wickedly fun events happening from Saturday, Oct. 18, through Saturday, Nov. 1.
“We welcome everyone to Coral Gables this October for a season full of Halloween fun,” Mayor Vince Lago said. “What I love most about this time of year is seeing our community come together in such a fun and spirited way. Families, neighbors and visitors all get to experience the creativity, joy and tradition that make our city so special. We take a lot of pride in offering events that are festive and inclusive.”
EVENT HIGHLIGHTS:
Saturday, Oct.18: Pumpkin Patch 2025
- 2 to 6 p.m.: Get ready for an enchanting experience with hundreds of pumpkins in every shape and size! The annual Pumpkin Patch at Ponce Circle Park, will feature live music, pumpkin decorating, face painting and a mini harvest market. Plus, there are charming portrait areas perfect for those fall family photos. Don’t forget to grab some delicious food and drinks on-site!

Friday, Oct. 24: AAC Halloween Spooktacular 2025
- 1 to 4 p.m.: Join the fun at the Adult Activity Center’s (AAC), 2 Andalusia Ave., Spooktacular Halloween Bash with tasty treats, thrilling tunes and some wicked fun. There will be gastronomic creations, bodacious libations and spooky tunes for all to do the monster mash.

Saturday, Oct. 25: Gentle Trick or Treat
- 1 to 3 p.m.: A special Halloween event designed for families with children who may have sensory needs, located at Ruth Bryan Owen Waterway Park Enjoy Trick-or-Treating, photo ops, storybook walks and more in a calm, quiet setting.

Saturday, Oct. 25: Trick-or-Treat on the Mile
- 2 to 6 p.m.: Miracle Mile will transform into a Halloween haven for the city’s “Trick-or Treat on the Mile” event. Families are encouraged to come in costume and participate in an array of activities, including face painting, balloon artistry, book readings and a magic show. Participating businesses along Miracle Mile will hand out candy to eager trick-or treaters.

- 3 p.m. Trick-or-Treat at participating businesses marked with balloons, while supplies last.

- 4:30 p.m. Actors’ Playhouse Kiddie Costume Parade, 280 Miracle Mile • 5 p.m. Spooky Children’s Story Hour at Books & Books, 265 Aragon Ave.

Sunday, Oct. 26: Pumpkin Float at the Country Club
- 6 to 8 p.m.: Join us for a family event where creativity takes center stage! Carve pumpkins, enjoy spooky snacks and watch Jack-o-lanterns float in the pool. There will be contests for the scariest, most creative and cutest pumpkin carvings.

Wednesday, Oct. 29: Howl-O-Ween Pawrade
- 5:30 to 8:30 p.m.: Coral Gables Woman’s Club invites you to celebrate your furry friends this Halloween! Bring your beloved pups to their inaugural annual dog costume parade on Wednesday, Oct. 29 or find one to adopt!

Friday, Oct. 31: Nightmare on 405 Haunted House
- 6:30 to 9:30 p.m.: For those seeking spine-tingling thrills, the Nightmare on 405 at the War Memorial Youth Center is sure to leave you shaking! Navigate through the eerie, haunted gym if you dare — just remember, this event is not for the faint of heart!

Friday, Oct. 31: Drink-or-Treat
- 6 p.m.: Celebrate Halloween night in Downtown Coral Gables! On Friday, Oct. 31, starting at 6 p.m., participating restaurants across the downtown Gables will be serving up spooky cocktails, festive bites and exclusive happy hour specials. Gather your friends, dress in costume and set out on a self-led crawl to discover delicious tricks and treats at each stop.

Saturday, Nov. 1: Día de los Muertos // Day of the Dead
- 5 to 10 p.m.: For a dash of cultural magic, join the Day of the Dead Celebration at Ponce Circle Park, presented by the Consulate of Mexico. This event will feature traditional Mexican performances, vibrant music and dance, and authentic food.
