Starting at $66,100, the Infiniti QX60 Autograph AWD is the top of the line for this amazing SUV.
Step inside the cabin and immediately you feel the luxury. The quality of the upholstery is obvious to the touch and to the eyes. You get saddle brown quilted semi-aniline leather appointed interior/black open pore ash wood trim. This is a lot of words to describe the best of the best – a caramel colored seat cover with contrast stitching and matching leather accents throughout that feel supple and durable. Pretty nice!
Inside you get the 10.8-inch head up display and there are second row captain chairs with pivoting armrests and a removable second row center console to make more room. All of it adds to the sense that the cabin was thoughtfully designed to think of every option a driver and passengers would want.
You even get the luxury treatment when you open the door, with dark satin radiant illuminated kick plates with the Infiniti brand clearly stamped on it. I think it’s a great touch.
The same lighting technology is in the base of the trunk, so when you open it, the LED illuminated scuff plate with a stainless steel finish lights up like you are in a Star Wars movie. Speaking of the back of the vehicle, I really like the boxy look, which is a modern take.
The 295 horsepower, 3.5-liter V6 direct inject engine delivers 20 miles per gallon in the city, 25 miles per gallon on the highway and 22 combined miles per gallon.
The QX60 also has towing options that are great, with the capacity to tow 3,500 pounds out of the showrooms. There are available towing options for the Autograph AWD and Sensory AWD trims that allow the QX60 to tow up to 6,000 pounds, so nearly double. The drive modes including sport, snow, standard and eco, are designed to deliver performance at all levels.
Outside there are available black roof rails, a radiant grille with the Infiniti emblem that is lit to make it stand out and well designed running boards.
For my money, the Infiniti QX60 Autograph AWD is a high-performing, luxury SUV with great personality. It’s got plenty of room for everyone and offers a luxury experience that is unique in this category. I really enjoyed driving it. I think you will, too. Give it a spin and tell me what you think.
