Levant, a modern contemporary restaurant serving Middle Eastern Levantine cuisine, now is open in Miami’s historic Coral Gables neighborhood. Named after a region in the Middle East, Levant offers a unique dining experience that is bold and exciting.
With a palette of colors including black, gold, blue, and pops of red, Levant offers a sleek and stylish ambiance.
The menu focuses heavily on the Levant region, with top dishes including the Trio Mezee, a trio of dips including hummus, muhammar, and cretn feta; the Kibbeh, a tasty starter with beef, bulgur, pine nuts and cucumber yogurt; The Levant Kabab, a skewer platter made up of lamb, pistachio, red pepper, and middle eastern spices, served with fresh baked bread and onion with sumac, and the Lamb Chops, a delicious cut of meat seasoned with salt and olive oil.
The restaurant also offers a range of vegetarian and vegan options, including the Manouche Bi Zaatar, a Lebanese flatbread with thyme, mint, olives and tomatoes; the Iraqui Salad, which includes eggplant, red and green paper, olive oil, and pomegranate molasses, and the Grandma Vegetable Pot, which is slowly cooked in a clay pot and comes with eggplant, red peppers, tomato, onion, green peppers, potatoes, and rice.
In addition to its delicious food options, Levant also offers a variety of Middle Eastern-inspired cocktails such as the EVA, a 16 gin infused cocktail with cardamom, St-Germain, and presco; the Levant Martini, which features Turkish coffee, Raki, and vermouth; the Gold Dust Cachaca, made with flor de Sauco and infused with green apple cilantro, and the Adam, a refreshing vodka infused cocktail with Leece liquor and St-Germain. They also offer a selection of delicious signature mocktails.
