Liliam “Lily” Lopez was surprised when featured on the NASDAQ screen in Times Square on June 25 in recognition of her 30 years as Founder and President/CEO of the South Florida Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, one of the top five Hispanic Chambers of Commerce in the United States.   While on a visit to interview a top executive at NASDAQ for her show “A Business Minute with Lily Lopez,” she was escorted outside with a team of executives.  She was asked to look back to see herself on the screen for 10 minutes.  According to Lopez “This was one of the greatest moments of my life, and I am so grateful to  David Wicks, Vice President of NASDAQ for this incredible moment.”

The NASDAQ tower is seven stories tall and has 10,000 square feet of signage. Millions of people pass each day through Times Square. NASDAQ is one of the world’s most popular stock exchanges.
