Concepción Martinez & Bellido is pleased to announce that Marian Ancheta Llera has joined as a Partner. Her practice focuses on advising international private wealth clients in connection with personal U.S. tax planning matters, including estate planning and structuring of U.S. investments. She has experience advising foreign and domestic financial institutions regarding U.S. tax compliance and with regard to U.S. income and business taxation matters, with particular emphasis on international tax compliance and FATCA (Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act).

Mrs. Llera is a well-recognized speaker and published author on issues related to the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) and information exchange involving nonresidents. She also has experience in general corporate and business matters.
Mrs. Llera received her B.A., cum laude, in Criminology from the University of Miami, her J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law and her LL.M. in Taxation from New York University.
