Event features Venezuelan contemporary artists Uaio Antor and Adriana Dorta
Coral Gables-based MG Developer launched its Arts & Culture Night series last Thursday, February 15 at the recently unveiled Biltmore Parc. The event featured works by Venezuelan contemporary artists Uaio Antor and Adriana Dorta, who are both a part of the new luxury residential condominium’s impressive rotating art collection.
Guests enjoyed drinks and delicious hors d’ouevres by Zucca, live music, and a panel discussion with the artists and collection curator Adriana Meneses. The panel was moderated by radio host and Coral Gables Magazine Publisher, Richard Roffman.
“We are excited to share our passion for Coral Gables’ vibrant arts scene and to provide a unique space for residents to gather and be inspired,” says Alirio Torrealba, CEO of MG Developer. “We look forward to hosting these quarterly creative celebrations at various locations throughout the Biltmore Square community as part of our mission to support the cultural landscape of The City Beautiful.”
Biltmore Parc, a 32-unit, boutique luxury condominium located at 718 Valencia Avenue, follows the success of MG Developer’s first residential condominium, 444 Valencia. Their next project, Beatrice Row, is currently under construction which, together with Biltmore Parc, Biltmore Row, and Althea Row will create Biltmore Square. The development is located within walking distance of Coral Gables’ parks and downtown including the renowned Miracle Mile, known for its unique mix of world-class restaurants and shops.
