MG Developer, one of Miami’s leading real estate development and investment firms, has announced its “Biltmore Row” project has been honored in the Residential Category at the 13th Annual Addison Mizner Awards, presented by the Florida Chapter of the Institute of Classical Architecture & Art (ICAA).

The prestigious award recognizes individuals and projects that advance classical and traditional architecture, urbanism, and the allied arts, solidifying MG Developer’s position and its projects as examples in design that inspire and create communities of haute culture.

Located at 718 Valencia Ave. in Coral Gables, Biltmore Row was designed by De la Guardia Victoria Architects & Urbanists to reflect the elegant simplicity of Spanish Colonial architecture while integrating thoughtful, modern design. The three-story townhomes evoke high-end sophistication with their wood and smooth stucco columns and cast aluminum balustrade in dark walnut finish.

A coral stone entry welcomes residents in a warm and timeless manner, setting the tone for the refined interiors within. Brown clay barrel roof tiles and exterior copper lanterns bring the best of both old and new world living, creating a blend of tradition and contemporary elegance. These details, paired with meticulously crafted façades and lush landscaping, establish a sense of place that is both rooted in history and attuned to modern lifestyles.

“We’re truly honored to be recognized by the ICAA and the Addison Mizner Awards,” said Alirio Torrealba, CEO of MG Developer. “This recognition reflects the passion and care our entire team puts into every project, and we’re especially proud to share it with Maria de la Guardia. She’s been a trusted partner and creative force behind many of our most meaningful developments, it’s a privilege to keep building beautiful, lasting places together.”

Named in honor of architect Addison Mizner, whose civic and domestic works set the standard for excellence in composition and craftsmanship during Florida’s early urban development, the Addison Mizner Awards highlight projects that embody the enduring spirit of classical and traditional design. Mizner’s introduction of Spanish Colonial and Mediterranean styles left an indelible mark on Florida’s architectural and cultural history, a legacy that continues to inspire today.

The awards ceremony brought together leading architects, designers, developers, and artisans who continue to advance the timeless principles of classical architecture throughout Florida and the Southeast.

Celebrating its 10th year since it was founded, MG Developer, headquartered in Coral Gables, is a premier residential property development firm led by Alirio Torrealba and a subsidiary of MG Capital. The company specializes in delivering a full spectrum of real estate services, from concept creation and site selection to project execution.
