On Monday, May 27, 2024, in observance of Memorial Day, the Department of Transportation and Public Works (DTPW) will provide weekend service on Metrorail and Metromover, and Sunday service on Metrobus and MetroConnect.
Miami-Dade County offices will be closed, including all DTPW’s administrative and Customer Service offices.
Special Transportation Services (STS) will not be impacted by this county-observed holiday and will run regular service. STS customers can call the STS reservation number (305-871-1111) to reserve or cancel an STS trip.
Transit riders who prefer to access services online can purchase or reload an EASY Card in the Transit Store or the Go-Miami Dade App, the Token Transit App, or use contactless payments to pay fares. Customers can also submit a new application for a Golden Passport EASY Card on DTPW’s Golden Passport online page or report a lost item at Lost and Found.
