The elevated Japanese restaurant is offering three- and four-course weekday lunch experiences starting at $54.
Summer Fridays and extended lunch breaks have arrived, and Mottai is giving Coral Gables professionals a new reason to step away from their desks.
The modern Japanese restaurant from Attivo Group has introduced two prix-fixe executive lunch menus, available Monday through Friday at its location inside The Plaza Coral Gables.
Guests can select the three-course Komosubi menu for $54, which includes miso soup, a choice of starter and an entrée. Starter options include Spicy Tuna Maki and Negi Hama Maki, while entrées range from U4 Prawns and Sugi Katsu to Steamed Clams served with rice.
For a more expansive midday experience, the four-course Sekiwake menu is available for $64 and includes dessert. The menu features starters such as Rock Shrimp, Maitake Mushroom and Mottai Crispy Chicken, followed by entrées including Pork Belly, Black Garlic Chicken and Yaki Udon. Guests can finish with desserts such as Mango Chawanmushi or Yuzu Cheesecake.
Situated in the heart of one of Coral Gables’ busiest corporate corridors, Mottai offers a polished setting for client meetings, business lunches or an elevated escape from the workday.
The dining room is also a destination in its own right. Mottai was recently recognized as one of the World’s Most Beautiful Restaurants by the Prix Versailles, adding another layer of appeal to its new weekday lunch experience.
