“It’s all about giving the kids and their selfless families the most incredible experience they can possibly have by keeping them engaged, focused, and in the moment! My philosophy is family first and that it’s all about the team. The primary ideology which I feel is paramount is to create a positive, motivational, and inspirational culture and after that, everything else will come. It’s not just about working hard, but to teach the players to compete and respect each other, so that it not only translates on the tennis court, but in the classroom, in the community, and in life. I can’t thank my players, their families, and the school administration enough for putting their trust in me over the years, as I have been blessed to have been a part of so many lives and to help create and develop our next leaders of tomorrow! I also can’t thank the NHSCA enough for this prestigious recognition, as I’m truly grateful and flattered to not only have been considered, but to have been honored”. -Tood Rubinstein
