This year marks the 90th anniversary of Coral Gables Elementary School.
To celebrate the occasion, the Coral Gables Museum will present “Inspiring High Ideals: Celebrating Ninety Years of History at Coral Gables Elementary School, 1923-2013,” from Oct. 25 to Dec. 1 in Gallery 109.
After its debut at the museum, the exhibit will be moved and reinstalled at the elementary school where it will be enjoyed by current students and visitors to the school. The museum and co-presenter Coral Gables Preparatory Academy are soliciting exhibit material.
Would you like to be featured in the exhibit’s “Where Are They Now” wall? With a small exhibit contribution of $25, alumni will be honored in the gallery. If interested, submit two photos (one from your childhood years and one current) of yourself or a loved one, with a small blurb and a check in the amount of $25 payable to the Coral Gables Museum.
