Cultivate PR & Social Media, a full-service boutique agency led by CEO Sissy DeMaria-Koehne with offices in Miami and New York, has relocated and expanded its Miami headquarters from 300 Sevilla Ave. to new offices at 95 Merrick Way in Coral Gables.
Jorge Salazar with the David Siddons Team at Douglas Elliman represented the tenant.
Madeline Fine with Jones Lang LaSalle represented the landlord, DGE Alhambra LP. The terms of the lease were not disclosed.
A spinoff of legacy PR firm Kreps DeMaria PR & Marketing, Cultivate PR & Social Media by Sissy DeMaria + Campbell + Associates was founded in 2021 and offers a slate of services including: public relations, crisis management, consulting, branding, social media, and event marketing for a roster of high-profile clients spanning the real estate, automotive, yachting, luxury retail, wealth management, and hospitality industries.
Notable clients include: Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, Burgess Yachts, DAMAC International, Fortune International Group, Coastal Construction, Naples 5th Avenue S. Holdings, Coral Gables Trust, The Calta Group, and The Jills Zeder Group, among others.
Distinctive with its stunning panoramic views of Coral Gables and the Downtown Miami skyline, 95 Merrick Way – known as Alhambra West – is an elegant building just steps from Giralda Avenue’s famous “Restaurant Row” in central Coral Gables. The Gold LEED certified, seven-story tower is adjacent to the Hyatt Hotel and is within walking distance to Miracle Mile’s shopping, dining, and entertainment venues, and numerous Class A and Class B office buildings in the area.
The highly amenitized tower features a conference facility, fitness center, food service, courtyard, covered parking, and hotel services available from the Hyatt Regency Coral Gables. Tenants include Northwestern Kellogg School of Management, Starbucks Corporate, and The Clorox Company.
Cultivate’s new flagship office is stylishly designed by Cozy Salazar Interiors and features colorful art-filled walls and contemporary furniture that complement its floor to ceiling windows offering abundant natural light and a picturesque view to Pittman Park and the towering royal palms fronting Alhambra Plaza. 95 Merrick Way is ideally situated near Brickell and Downtown Miami, and just 15 minutes to Miami International Airport.
“This is an exciting move for Cultivate and we could not be more pleased to welcome clients in our new space,” DeMaria-Koehne said. “It is just an elevator ride away from ‘Restaurant Row’ within the epicenter of the Coral Gables business community. Its amenities cannot be overstated with conference facilities, hotel services, covered parking, fitness membership and ample natural light in every office. It possesses every imaginable convenience one could desire.”
