The Royal Palm Tennis Club’s men’s 55 and over 4.0 team won the county championship by defeating Salvadore Park in a playoff . The team advanced to the state /sectional championships at the USTA National Campus in Lake Nona, Florida. The team lost 2-1 in the semi -finals to Duval County.
The team members who played in the state championships are from left to right in the rear: Stephen Rigl, Gregg Schwartz, John Dubois, Kevin Rosen, Jorge Hernando, Patrick Gribbon and captain Paul Neumann. Timothy Battle is in the front row.
